About the position Responsibilities • Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute high-quality motion designs that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. • Edit internal and social videos to enhance excitement and engagement. • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to deliver innovative visual content. • Showcase expertise in animation software, design principles, and storytelling. • Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and oversee the production process. • Shoot photos and videos for various channels. • Collaborate effectively within a team, present ideas, take feedback, and address leadership requirements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. • 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, social media, or related fields. • Robust portfolio showcasing a variety of projects demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of design principles. • Mastery of industry-standard motion design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects; experience in Cinema 4D is a plus. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and storytelling. • Proficiency in motion graphics, visual effects, 2D/3D animation, compositing, and other relevant techniques. • Keen attention to detail and a critical eye for quality. • Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly in a fast-paced work environment. • Dependable, positive, open-minded, and able to communicate clearly both verbally and visually. • Well-versed in social media best practices across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest.
