Senior National Account Manager, Ring & Blink

Description Ring and Blink are seeking a Senior National Account Manager. In this role, you will work cross functionally with Retailer contacts and business leaders across the company—GTM, Channel Marketing, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal—to strengthen Ring and Blink’s strategic position in the retail channel and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a combination of sales, marketing, analytics, and working with Mass, Club, and DIY Retailers. In this role you’ll be wearing many hats, so you’ll need to be able to juggle multiple projects and work quickly. Key job responsibilities • Manage large retail accounts; escalate to leadership on key issues and proactively plan towards and communicate on business milestones. • Own the transition planning, promotional strategy and marketing planning across retail accounts. • Develop bundle launch strategy, own sales forecasting and foster retail relationships. • Partner with internal teams on strategic business planning, identifying opportunities, and evaluation to deliver solutions that drive profitable sales growth. • Work closely with sales leadership to create business cases for expanded SKU count with retail partners. • Collaborate with account managers on best practices; iterate on approaches while measuring impact, in order to intelligently drive growth initiatives. • Help develop, implement, and measure repeatable account management frameworks and/or approaches built to drive Retailer KPIs. Basic Qualifications • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience • Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
