Senior Organizational Development (OD) Associate

Position Overview – Senior Associate, Organizational Development Joining WGA Advisors, the Senior Associate in Organizational Development will become an integral part of a team committed to making a significant impact on some of the world’s top companies. This role is designed for current or former Tier-1 management consulting professionals (e.g., McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Bain, etc.) who are ready to leverage their experience in a rapidly expanding practice. The Senior Associate will play a crucial role in driving strategic consulting in organizational design, strategy implementation, and project management, contributing directly to the firm’s mission of delivering world-class results to clients. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum Education: A Master degree and an undergraduate degree in a related field of study, (examples: Human Resources, Organizational Development) with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher • Experience: 10 years of current or recently former verifiable Tier-1 (e.g. McKinsey, Boston Consulting, Bain, etc) Management Consulting experience • Verifiable past experience managing client relationships, addressing problem escalation, developing, preparing and negotiating master service contracts, requests for proposal, statements of work and change orders. •Manage teams of up to (5) resources to deliver and achieve project results, timelines, deliverables and cost targets •Evaluate, assess and identify organizational design improvements, conducting job analysis related to management span of control, accountability and the leaning out of management layers compared with industry competitors •Evaluate, assess and recommend organizational design change roadmap, succession planning, and implementation plan •Research industry-specific current practices to define and maintain industry benchmarking models related to organizational complexity. Mastery level (InfoGraphics, Create visual depictions of complex data and ideas) • Microsoft Excel 2019 Mastery level (Pivot Tables, Find valuable metrics in large volumes of data, Building templates and tools to analyze surveys) • Microsoft Word 2019. Expert Level • Microsoft Visio 2019. Expert Level • Microsoft Outlook 2019. Novice User Level (Basic understanding) • Microsoft Sharepoint 2019. Novice User Level (Basic understanding) • Basic understanding of project management methods such as PMI’s PMBOK and Prince2 Compensation: • Base Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $190,210 to $208,175 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
