Senior Employment Litigation Attorney - 100% Remote (California-based Firm) Compensation: $250,000-$300,000 Base Salary depending on experience. There are also several Bonus Opportunities. The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected firm that focuses exclusively on employment law and business litigation. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage complex employment litigation matters, including PAGA actions and wage-and-hour class actions. • Represent employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative forums. • Handle all phases of litigation: case strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeals. • Provide strategic advice to clients on employment law compliance and risk management. • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and contribute to firm-wide thought leadership through seminars and publications. Qualifications • J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership. • Minimum 10 years of experience in California employment litigation. • Extensive experience defending PAGA claims and class action lawsuits. • Proven track record in handling complex litigation and delivering successful outcomes. • Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
