We are looking for a highly skilled and driven individual to ensure that our data privacy practices align with the highest ethical and legal standards. Join us in making a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of global data privacy regulations and ensure PPD's compliance with these regulations. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on data privacy matters, including data collection, use, and storage. Conduct regular audits and assessments of PPD's data privacy policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement privacy training programs for employees. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data privacy and make recommendations for improvements to PPD's practices. Serve as the subject matter expert on data privacy for PPD, providing guidance and advice to senior leadership as needed. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential privacy risks. Lead the development and maintenance of privacy impact assessments for new and existing projects. Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure that privacy policies and procedures are aligned with legal requirements and ethical standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for data privacy inquiries and requests from clients, partners, and regulatory agencies. Monitor and track privacy incidents and breaches, and lead investigations and reporting as needed. Continuously evaluate and improve PPD's data privacy program, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest level of protection for sensitive data. Lead the development and implementation of privacy risk management strategies and processes to proactively address potential privacy issues. Act as a brand ambassador for PPD, promoting our commitment to protecting and promoting privacy in the healthcare industry. Mentor and train junior privacy team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge in data privacy.
