Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design for a pillar of Netflix's Partner Enablement Stage XD team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating the applications, tools, and services that enable Netflix's global presence through partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to build innovative solutions that scale Netflix's global presence. Requirements Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) in a B2B or B2B2C space, driving high-influence initiatives from concept to execution in technical business areas Experience working in complex systems, with the ability to distill complex issues down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and usability A strong portfolio that demonstrates your problem-solving skills and showcases solid experience designing across products, platforms, and personas Experience working with design systems and identifying and extending shared patterns and behaviors Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field Knowledge of design tools and software, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Agile development methodologies and design sprints Strong communication and collaboration skills Skills and Competencies Strong design skills, with a focus on user-centered design Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex issues down to simple solutions Experience working with cross-functional teams Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Netflix, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
