Our Customer Support team plays a vital role in driving this mission forward, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Customer Analytics to join our remote team. About the Role As a Senior Product Manager - Customer Analytics, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our Client Investigation Center, a critical component of our customer analytics ecosystem. Your expertise will help shape the future of our customer insights and experiences, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the product strategy for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring high-quality and transparent access to customer examination and experiences for internal stakeholders. Define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritization, and timelines to cross-functional teams, including Engineering, blithequark Interface, Data Ventures, blithequark+, and Marketing. Ensure the development and scaling of tools to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and identity. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and adoption of the Client Investigation Center. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer examination, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product development and differentiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer examination solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing, large-scale, and complex B2B/C products. Alternatively, 9 years of experience in product management or a related area. A strong background in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Rules (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: A graduate degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a consumer-facing, large-scale, and complex B2B/C product environment. A proven track record of driving product innovation and growth through data-driven insights. Experience with accessibility guidelines and regulations, such as Walmart's accessibility guidelines and rules for supporting an inclusive culture.
