Job Description A global leader in innovative cardiology patient and blood pressure monitoring solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager/Product Manager‑Medical Device to join its dynamic team. The Sr. Product Manager/product Manager‑Medical Device is responsible for the management and performance of an assigned group of our client’s products. They will lead all upstream strategic and technical product management activities to help achieve our client’s short‑ and long‑term strategic goals. Responsibilities include executing strategic planning, conducting market research, defining market requirements for new products and ensuring their inclusion into product releases, and creating and maintaining product life‑cycle plans for existing products. Successful candidates define product requirements and user scenarios by understanding the big picture while also paying close attention to detail. The role requires frequent interaction with project managers, internal and external developers, and key customer contacts. Responsibilities also include identifying risks and opportunities that may affect product performance and championing projects to address them. Key Duties, Activities and Responsibilities • Develop and maintain key user contacts for researching and collecting Voice of Customer (VoC) data. • Work with the Marketing Communications group on product launch activities and on marketing tools for the sales team. • Work with the Marketing Communications group to maintain social media channels. • Communicate financial performance of the product line and provide strategic planning to Leadership Group and Executive Board. • Coordinate with the sales team, develop and communicate high‑level forecasts for production. • Assess and maintain appropriate pricing models globally. • Monitor value stream and supply chain to identify areas of risk and opportunity. • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to maintain a comprehensive competitive matrix. • Collect user feedback of complaints/feature requests. • Define and document user, buyer, and technical personas for individual products. • For new products, create project charters, develop and document use case scenarios, write the market requirements document defining market problems, define product features, and work with developers to create design specification documents. • Continuously monitor and assess related emerging technologies and industry innovations. • Contribute across the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to day‑to‑day product sustaining and development activities. • Stay informed of all clinical and regulatory requirements. • Represent our client’s Medical Device at customer events and trade shows. • Communicate with customers on technical, service, and device/software related topics. • Record and evaluate service events in the provided software tool. Competencies • Strong communication and influencing skills. • Ability to work in cross‑functional teams. • Proven analytical and problem‑solving ability. • Self‑motivated, proactive and detail‑oriented. • Excellent written communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite required. • Proficiency with Salesforce preferred. • Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally (20–30%).
