Senior Product Manager – Voice Collaboration (Full Time; Multiple Openings; Remote) - RingCentral - USA - work from home job Company: RingCentral Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for delivering major new features of RingCentral voice roadmap and its strategic partner offerings. DUTIES: Delivering a delightful and seamless user experience while having a keen understanding of the platform services for RingCentral Voice; growing RingCentral's library of applications and features based on customer and business needs; understanding the competitive landscape within the industry and evaluating industry trends to inform feature prioritization decisions; identifying and assessing new opportunities in the software application ecosystem relevant to the company's strategy; developing and executing product strategies, with a keen focus on usability, versatility and competitiveness; collaborating with cross-functional Product, UX/UI, Engineering, Core-Technology and Operations teams to plan, design, develop and refine large sets of technical products and features; managing dependencies, defining requirements and prioritizing backlog for development and integration of applications and features; defining functional requirements and user experience for features and products through deep understanding of the market and competitive environment; defining success metrics and tracking success of software products and features; conducting research, creating prototype designs and validating the POC with stakeholders and pilot customers. REQUIRED SKILLS/TOOLS: Experience with UX/UI, product interaction design, lifecycle management, POC, pre-sales, marketing, business development, developing KPIs, product management cycle, and cloud voice, video, and messaging communication products is required. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS: U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Biotechnology or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Biotechnology or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience is required.
