Develop high-quality proposals: The senior proposal writer will be responsible for creating compelling proposals that effectively communicate Conduent's value proposition and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role will require working closely with various teams, such as sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather and incorporate relevant information into proposals. Conduct research and analysis: The senior proposal writer will be responsible for conducting research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to gather insights and develop strategies for creating winning proposals. Write and edit proposals: This role involves writing and editing proposals to ensure they are accurate, persuasive, and adhere to company branding and style guidelines. Manage proposal timelines: The senior proposal writer will be responsible for managing proposal timelines and ensuring all deadlines are met. Review and improve proposal processes: This individual will be expected to review and improve proposal processes, templates, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of proposal development. Coordinate proposal reviews: The senior proposal writer will be responsible for coordinating proposal reviews with key stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions. Maintain proposal database: This role involves maintaining a database of proposal content, including past proposals, case studies, and other relevant materials, to facilitate the proposal development process.
