Senior Salesforce Administrator
Position: Senior Salesforce Administrator Location: Orlando, FL Work Set-up: Hybrid – 3 days in office Salary: $120K–$180K base + full benefits About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and evolution of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud across a large, multi-site environment. Acting as a trusted advisor and Salesforce subject matter expert, you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the platform supports business goals, enhances user adoption, and delivers measurable results. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary Salesforce Service Cloud administrator supporting multi-center support teams and field locations. • Gather business requirements, design solutions, and deliver scalable Salesforce configurations. • Manage security settings including roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility across divisions and regions. • Design and maintain custom objects, workflows/flows, validation rules, and dashboards. • Build complex reporting with role-based access. • Implement and manage third-party integrations (e.g., CTI, Service Cloud Voice, Cisco Webex). • Oversee release management including testing, documentation, training, and adoption. • Monitor system performance, compliance, and data quality through audits and integrations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS, Business, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years Salesforce Service Cloud administration in large, multi-site organizations. • Proven expertise with Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Salesforce architecture best practices. • Strong skills in Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, automation, and complex reporting. • Knowledge of Salesforce security and data architecture. • Salesforce Certified Administrator (additional certifications preferred). Preferred • Background in healthcare or other complex, regulated industries. • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud third-party integrations (Voice, CTI, SMS, email). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Jira, Monday.com, etc.). • Advanced Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
