Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted business advisor to regional field teams, providing expert guidance on Cloud BI and data analytics strategies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting platform, ensuring global consistency in the reporting of Google Cloud achievement metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data models, reports, and dashboards in Looker, driving business insights and decision-making. Contribute to best practices and code reviews related to data projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Business Intelligence (BI) and data strategies, providing expert guidance and support. Develop and maintain complex queries and optimize query performance, ensuring seamless data analysis and reporting. Work closely with stakeholders to identify their needs, build data models, and enable stakeholders to access the data they need. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in software engineering, mathematics, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 4 years of experience in investigation, tasks, management consulting, or a comparable industry/capability. You should also have: Experience with cloud advances, market dynamics, go-to-market strategies, SaaS, and utilization business metrics. Proficiency in SQL, LookML, and BigQuery. A strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded: Experience scaling BI/Looker solutions to dynamic users. Knowledge of Looker as a data management tool, particularly the Access Control List (ACL) layer. Familiarity with vector data structures (e.g., accounts, opportunities). The ability to write complex queries and optimize query performance.
