Translate business requirements into technical specifications Design and develop custom data analytics solutions (SSRS, Highcharts, SQL stored procedures) Works with clients and management to resolve issues and validate reporting requirements Analyze and resolve SQL data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies Support clients with data integrity checks and reconciliation activities Participate in development projects including user sessions, requirements gathering, and development of functional specifications as required Requirements SQL development Experience in MS SQL Server Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude Ability to interact well with user base, development teams and other technical teams Strong work ethic and ability to handle high pressure situations with minimum direction Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load effectively PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED): Experience developing in Reporting application, e.g. - SSRS Experience developing PowerBI (reports and datasets) Knowledge of dashboard/visualization and best practices Experience in Real Estate preferred BS/BA in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field 5+ years of BI / Analytics / Reports development experience Benefits WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
