Your expertise in data architecture, statistics, and analytics will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs, leveraging your knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and data architecture to drive innovation and transformation. * Develop and maintain robust data models to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing and validation. * Design and implement large-scale data processing and analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python, delivering innovative solutions that meet business needs and drive customer satisfaction. * Provide guidance and expertise to drive efficiency in computing programs, leveraging massive data ecosystems to inform business decisions and drive growth. * Develop and maintain software programs, testing and building automation tools to support data-driven decision-making and drive business success. * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity. * Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and evaluate statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of hands-on experience in Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of data-driven tasks. * Proven ability to collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including small increments of product delivery at regular intervals to business groups. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large-scale data platforms, including Cornerstone and Qualtrics. * Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. * Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure. * Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives, with a strong understanding of data management best practices. **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the holistic well-being of our colleagues and their loved ones.
