All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:You’ll collaborate closely with artists and developers to integrate art assets and visual effects in Unity for mobile.You’ll build and optimize shaders that balance performance and visual quality.You’ll suggest and implement innovative solutions to optimize environment art and enhance pipeline efficiency.You’ll organize assets effectively and conduct final quality checks on 3D assets to ensure compatibility and performance.You’ll work confidently with Git, including branching strategies, conflict resolution and helping teammates resolve issues.You’ll use merge/pull request workflows to support collaboration and code review practices.You’ll produce performant graphics using Unity URP or similar render pipelines.You’ll write clear documentation to support shared workflows, tools, and best practices.You’ll build scripts and small tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.You’ll help improve processes by spotting bottlenecks and suggesting practical solutions, contributing to better tools and workflows over time.What you'll bring to the team:5+ years of experience in a technical artist role within the game development industry, ideally in mobile games.Proficiency in shader development and optimization for mobile platforms using Unity.Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.Expertise in Git workflows, including branching strategies, conflict resolution, and collaborative pull/merge request practices.Familiarity with Unity URP; experience with other render pipelines (e.g., HDRP or custom solutions) is a plus.Ability to write clear, concise, and helpful technical documentation.High attention to detail, with a focus on consistency and performance.Experience writing scripts and components to improve workflow efficiency and asset functionality.Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with distributed, cross-functional teams.Clear and effective English communication in a remote, international environment.A thoughtful and forward-looking mindset, with a focus on continuous pipeline and tooling improvement, while staying grounded in day-to-day execution.Why you'll love working with us:We're 100% remote, work wherever you want forever!We offer unlimited holidays.
