Key Responsibilities Leverage Your UE Knowledge: Assist and educate other designers, enhancing their understanding and application of Unreal Engine and its vast capabilities. Proactive Improvement: Continuously seek out opportunities for workflow and tool upgrades, ensuring our processes remain cutting-edge. Troubleshooting and Solutions: Collaborate with designers to identify and resolve issues, implementing effective solutions that meet our high standards. Content and Feature Implementation: Develop strong, maintainable content and features using Unreal/Blueprint, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Design Specifications: Write comprehensive design specs, vet them with stakeholders, and make informed adjustments to ensure alignment with our vision. Essential Qualifications Unreal Engine Expertise: Profound knowledge of Unreal Engine, particularly Blueprint, UMG, Animation Blueprint, and Gameplay Ability System. 3D Math Foundations: Solid understanding of 3D math principles, crucial for creating immersive gaming experiences. C++ Programming: Significant programming capability with C++, a fundamental skill for our technical design needs. Technical Design Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical design role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. Shipped Titles in Unreal: 1+ shipped titles using Unreal Engine, demonstrating your ability to see projects through to completion. Multiplayer Games Experience: Experience in delivering great multiplayer games, understanding the complexities and challenges involved. Excellent Communication Skills: Fantastic communication and collaboration capabilities, essential for working effectively within our team. Passion for Gaming: A genuine passion for gaming, incubating, building, and shipping video games that captivate and engage players.
