Overview I’m looking for an experienced ghostwriter to substantially revise and elevate an existing book focused on building an AI augmented workforce. The book is already structured, conceptually strong, and grounded in real enterprise experience, but it needs a professional rewrite to sharpen the narrative, update the technology references, and raise the overall quality to a publishable standard. What You’ll Be Working On You will be revising an existing manuscript that introduces a framework for AI workforce transformation. Ideal Background This role requires a blend of skills. Strong candidates will have most of the following: • Professional writing or ghostwriting experience (books, long form essays, or thought leadership) • A solid technical background in AI, data, software, or enterprise technology • Familiarity with concepts like AI agents, data platforms, governance, and organizational transformation • Ability to challenge weak phrasing and improve arguments without diluting meaning • Comfort collaborating directly with a founder on structure, tone, and positioning Experience writing for executives, consultants, or technical leaders is a major plus.
