Conduct thorough title examinations to ensure accuracy and completeness of property titles. Review and interpret legal documents and property records to determine ownership and any potential issues. Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies. Utilize project management tools and techniques to effectively plan, track, and report on project progress. Provide guidance and support to junior title examiners and project coordinators to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to title examination and project management. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and closing, to ensure a seamless and efficient closing process. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates and recommendations as needed. Embrace a remote work environment and utilize technology to effectively collaborate with team members and complete tasks.
