What your job looks like Develop and execute an SEO plan across technical, on‑page and content, ensuring it aligns with Trengo ’s business goals. Drive measurable growth in organic and referral traffic, treating SEO as a revenue stream rather than a checklist. Lead AI/LLM initiatives to ensure our content and platform remain discoverable in an AI‑driven search landscape. Perform in‑depth audits and reports on site architecture, internal linking, crawl budget and Core Web Vitals; work with website and engineering on technical fixes. Collaborate with content, product and paid teams to optimize user journeys and amplify campaigns. Develop a content ops framework that scales high‑quality blogs, landing pages and distribution channels. Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush and other tools; report on KPIs and continuously optimize. Own the SEO roadmap , staying ahead of algorithm changes, SERP features and competitive trends. What you will bring to the role 2–3+ years of SEO experience , ideally in‑house, with a track record of delivering traffic and revenue growth. Strong technical skills : you understand crawlability, indexation, schema, Core Web Vitals and site‑health metrics. Content optimisation chops : ability to brief writers, optimize copy for intent, and balance quality with scalability. Strategic thinker who sees SEO as a business lever, not just a set of tasks. Comfortable with analytics —you know your way around GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, BI tools and dashboards.Experience with HubSpot, Dreamdata, Clay a plus. Curious about AI/LLM and excited to experiment with generative content and conversational search. Self‑starter with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset; you thrive in hybrid environments and enjoy collaborating across teams.
