ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Managed Services
Job Description: • Be a member of the overall implementation project team. • Drives process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes. Identifies solutions from a people, process and technology perspective during workshops with key client sponsors and stakeholders, generating the required outputs to the level required for the subsequent stages of the engagement. • Identifying areas of business process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks. • Communicating with your team and client business process and requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions meet client expectations. • Provide guidance and deliver successful implementation of the to-be processes in partnership with other members of the project team, including industry partners working as part of the same project team. • Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their associated processes. • Serve as a liaison between client and technical implementation team. • Ensuring process-related deliverables to clients are complete, consistent, high quality, and timely, and delivering valued outcomes. • Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment and maintenance of process best practices and standards. • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences. Requirements: • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist- ITSM. • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Developer is preferred but not required. • Another CIS is preferred but not required. • (2) ServiceNow Micro Certifications is preferred but not required. • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during Managed Service contract term. • Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology, including creation of user stories. • Understanding of JavaScript and HTML • Must be a US Citizen • Ability to wear multiple hats for an implementation. • Strong interpersonal skills, client centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity • Proven team player and team builder Benefits: • Remote FTE work • Healthcare Benefits/401K Plan • Working for a passionate ServiceNow Specialist Partner Apply tot his job
