Social Media Intern - Pinterest

HVS Home, a boutique size home décor and modern contemporary furniture company is seeking a creative and passionate intern to create social content for the brand's Pinterest page. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about social media, have a love for home décor, and possess excellent communication and marketing skills. As a Social Media Pinterest Intern, you will be responsible for content creation, scheduling, and management of social media posts that engage audiences on platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. Responsibilities: • Partner with marketing/copy and content to come up with content ideas for Pinterest • Create Branded, Animated Idea, Carrosel, and Video Pins. • Optimize your Pins with specially tailored titled and descriptions • Monthly management • Setting up customized Keyword strategy with your target locations • Create New Boards • Create all content of HVS Home collections for Pinterest • Post daily on Pinterest to drive organic engagement • Stay current on all Pinterest trends • Report weekly on what's working/what's not so that we can iterate and test new types of content. • Assisting with content creation, scheduling, and management of social media posts that engage audiences on platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok • Working with the brand team to develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns • Supporting digital marketing efforts • Evaluating and reporting on social media metrics using various data measurement tools Qualifications: • Undergraduate/ or recent graduate with an immeasurable love for social media and marketing • Enthusiastic about social media with proven experience engaging on multiple social media platforms • Love for brand development, home decor, and interior design • Strong communication and marketing skills • Ability to work independently • Keen attention to detail The ideal candidate should be creative, passionate about posting on their own Pinterest, and able to capture and churn out content on their iPhone effortlessly. They should be on top of platform trends and able to quickly capitalize on them to make them into branded content that is highly relevant and engaging. As a Social Media Pinterest Intern, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the brand team and gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media strategy development. What you'll need: • Experienced in content creation on Pinterest with strong engagement • Basic knowledge of Google suite of tools (Sheets, Slides) • Added bonus, but not required, is knowledge of adobe suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and other video editing tools Pay and Perks: • Must be a current undergraduate student • $15/hour • Flexible 10-15 hours/week • 8–10-week internship, could extended beyond if desired • Employer discount for HVS Home products during internship. • College Credit Available Job Type: Internship Pay: $15.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
