Social Media Manager (Part-Time, Remote) — Rozetree Marketing Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based preferred) Schedule: Part-time with opportunity to grow as we onboard more clients Required availability: -Tuesdays at 9:00am PST (1-hour team meeting) -Weekly check-ins with our Project Manager -Start: ASAP About Rozetree Marketing Rozetree Marketing is a boutique marketing agency specializing in female-owned, service-based small businesses. We bring thoughtful structure to creative marketing—helping our clients show up consistently, clearly, and confidently online. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own ongoing content creation and execution for both Rozetree’s brand and our client accounts—with a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of trends, and the ability to seamlessly write and create “in the voice” of multiple brands. What You’ll Be Responsible For: -Content Creation + Scheduling -Create ongoing social media content for Rozetree and client brands -Design and build social assets primarily in Canva (static posts, carousels, stories, simple reels covers, Pinterest pins, etc.) -Support content creation across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn -Organize and schedule posts in advance (most content is planned ahead), with occasional flexibility for quick turnarounds when needed -Brand Voice + Brand Consistency -Design for multiple brands while maintaining each client’s: brand voice, visual identity, messaging goals -Follow brand guidelines closely and apply feedback quickly and accurately -Trend + Platform Expertise -Stay current on platform changes, trends, and best practices -Identify trend opportunities that make sense for each brand and implement them in a way that feels aligned (not forced) -Engagement + Community Support (Light) -Provide light engagement for each brand (e.g., responding to comments/DMs as directed, monitoring messages, engaging intentionally) -Maintain timely communication and follow established response guidelines -Collaboration + Project Management -Communicate clearly with our Project Manager -Meet deadlines consistently and keep tasks organized -Receive constructive feedback and revise quickly without needing heavy oversight What We’re Looking For: -Required Skills + Experience: Proven experience managing social media for brands (agency or multi-brand experience is a plus) Extensive knowledge of: -Instagram + Facebook -TikTok -Pinterest -LinkedIn Strong content creation skills with an eye for: -layout, hierarchy, spacing -brand consistency -clean, elevated design -Advanced Canva skills (this is a must) -Ability to write and create content that sounds like each client—confidently and authentically -Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven -Open to feedback and able to pivot quickly when client needs change Nice-to-Haves: -Familiarity with monday.com (task/project management) -Familiarity with Later.com (scheduling) -Basic video/reels editing knowledge (CapCut, InShot, Canva video tools, etc.) What Success Looks Like in This Role: -Content is submitted on time, consistently -Designs feel polished, aligned, and on-brand for each client -Trend implementation feels intentional and strategic -Revisions are minimal because work is aligned from the start -Communication is proactive, clear, and collaborative Compensation: -Hourly or monthly retainer rate depending on experience + scope. Part-time to start, with room to grow.
