Social Media Manager - Remote Marketing Job

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team remotely. As a key player in our digital marketing strategy, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media campaigns across various platforms to boost brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • * Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) • * Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories that resonate with target audiences • * Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to increase engagement and reach • * Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging • * Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis • * Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement • * Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain a positive community presence • * Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance strategy • * Identify and establish relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach • * Coordinate with customer support to manage social media reputation and address customer concerns effectively • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred • * Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media platforms for brands or companies in a professional setting • * Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) • * Strong content creation skills, including graphic design basics and video editing capabilities • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail • * Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights • * Proficient in social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) • * Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities • * Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience • * Minimum 3 years of social media management experience in a marketing role • * Experience working remotely or managing distributed teams is a plus • * Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or with e-commerce brands will be advantageous • Working Hours • * Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate remote work • * Availability during core business hours for collaboration and meetings (preferably 9 AM to 5 PM in your respective time zone) • * Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required during campaign launches or special projects • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • * Expertise in social media marketing best practices and digital marketing principles • * Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously • * High proficiency in data analysis and social media analytics platforms • * Skilled in content management systems and basic HTML knowledge is a plus • * Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and uphold company values across channels • * Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners • Benefits • * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives • * Flexible remote work environment with work-life balance emphasis • * Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning • * Access to cutting-edge marketing tools and platforms • * Collaborative and supportive company culture • * Paid holidays, sick leave, and health benefits (where applicable) • Why Join The Elite Job?
