Software Engineer, Engineering Rotational Program

They are seeking a recent college graduate to join their Engineering Rotational Program, where the Software ERP Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create advanced technologies. Responsibilities Contribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performance Deliver leading edge, integrated solutions that meet customer needs Participate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceeded Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experience Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer engineering obtained within the last 12 months A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process Prior Co-Op or internship experience Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance.
