We are seeking a highly motivated Design Engineer to join our team. The Solution Design Engineer will play a crucial role in providing pre-sales technical support, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of customer feedback into product development. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer engagement to drive successful sales and implementation efforts. Design Engineer: Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering customer inquiries. Work with customers to understand their requirements and design customized solutions that meet their needs. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product improvements. Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials to support the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classification other than their own. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field, preferred. Experience in Ekahau software and Lucidcharts is preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in network design utilizing Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco Meraki equipment Excellent organizational skills while being very detail oriented with the ability to work independently to solve problems and anticipate needs and as a part of a collaborative team. Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Originally posted on Himalayas
