About the position Slalom is seeking an experienced marketing manager with a product marketing mindset to join our Solution and Service Marketing team, a new marketing function within Slalom. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to deeply understand Slalom's solutions and services, and design, plan, and execute campaign strategies in support of bringing them to market. You will develop audience segmentation, messaging, and recommended marketing tactics to drive awareness and attract qualified opportunities. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on a growing, high-potential area for Slalom. Responsibilities • Create campaign roadmaps: Build and drive the vision for campaigns for new solutions and services, ensuring they align with overall business and marketing goals. • Build and execute campaigns: Lead campaign execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery across applicable marketing and sales channels including Pardot, Salesforce, and more. • Segment target audiences: Identify and segment target audiences to tailor campaign messaging and strategies effectively. • Optimize campaign performance: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results. • Perform strategic customer and marketing analyses: Uncover high-potential user segments and better understand their needs. • Create compelling content: Partner with our content and creative team to develop engaging assets that resonate with our target audiences. • Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign execution. • Communicate campaign progress: Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. • Stay innovative: Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in marketing. Requirements • 5-7+ years' experience in developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing campaign strategies. • Strong adaptive and curious mindset to navigate change within new and rapidly evolving areas. • Ability to translate high-level strategies and business trends into actionable plans. • Solid understanding of marketing and advertising, including various campaign types. • Proven success in partnering with business stakeholders and navigating diverse relationships. • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across cultures and geographies. • Experience managing budgets and handling contract negotiations. • Genuine passion for empowering teams and driving collective success. • Ability to navigate complex challenges with creativity and confidence. • Agile delivery skills with strong attention to detail. • Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.
