As a Quality Assurance Specialist at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to identify areas for improvement. Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure they meet quality standards set by TTEC Identify areas for improvement in customer interactions and provide actionable feedback to team members Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement quality assurance procedures and training programs Conduct regular audits and create detailed reports on performance metrics and trends Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance processes and provide guidance and support to team members Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns related to quality assurance Participate in meetings and trainings to stay updated on company policies and procedures Maintain accurate and organized records of quality assurance activities and findings Uphold TTEC's commitment to exceptional customer service and represent the company's values and brand in all interactions.
