Specialist, Talent Systems
Reporting directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations, this position serves as an integral resource supporting all systems associated with Recruiting and Onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert in a shared services model supporting Dollar Tree’s Applicant Tracking Systems, Onboarding systems, and all associated integrated vendor partners including pre-employment Assessments and Pre-Screening Services partners. This position will serve a critical role in supporting the talent acquisition and onboarding tech stack. Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Collaborate with organizational business partners and external vendors to maintain and improve essential operational systems, tools, collateral and programs impacting talent acquisition and onboarding. • Drive best practice strategy on talent acquisition systems support. • Manage the on-going administration of the company’s ATS platform, and all associated 3rd party integrated partners. • Function as day-to-day support resource for users, providing hands-on direct troubleshooting expertise and guidance in the applicant tracking systems. • Serve in a direct day-to-day support capacity for Stores and DCs for E-verify program compliance and documents retention. • Plan, organize and manage enhancements to all TA systems. • Develop strong reporting capabilities to drive key performance metrics to be used by Talent acquisition, Field HR, Store Operations, and other organizational business partners. • In collaboration with training and development, influence the design and deployment of training guides to improve user efficiency within systems. • Conduct one on one and group training for new users of applicant tracking and onboarding systems. • Function as the Talent Acquisition liaison to business partners throughout the organization. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in "best of breed" Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems. • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions and MS Word. • Able to communicate well with various levels within the organization, both verbal and written. • Independent work habits. • Strong Initiative and self-motivated. • 3+ Years Workday Experience • 1+ Years Workbench Experience • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Desired Qualifications • Workday design and configuration experience. • 3-5 years direct experience serving as an expert on Applicant tracking and Onboarding systems.
