Through daily immersion in high-impact coaching and strategic motivation, you'll guide these young champions toward peak academic performance while instilling the life skills that create lasting success. Basic Requirements The Champion's Criteria: • You've reached the summit of athletic achievement: Olympic Games, World Championships, or elite professional leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL), or earned NCAA Division I All-American honors • Hold a bachelor's degree (field of study open) • Track record of leveraging athletic principles to develop character and life skills • Proven ability to inspire and lead, whether in sports, academics, or professional environments • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Committed to being part of our Austin, TX community About Sports Academy Texas Sports Academy is Where Future Champions Excel in Academics and Athletics Traditional schools force student-athletes to choose between excelling in academics or committing to their sport. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
