SportsBiz (SportsBiz.com) is revolutionizing the $100B sports sponsorship industry with DeepSport Solutions, our proprietary analytics and decision-intelligence platform. We empower brands to uncover inefficiencies, optimize spend, and make smarter investments through advanced data science, automation, and intuitive GenAI software. Transparency is our culture. SportsBiz's valuation as of Q4 2025 is $25M pre-money. Management is presently engaged in a $5M advanced seed round. With that said, all current team members are compensated through: • Equity + routine commission-based stipends (until fundraising closes, anticipated Q1/Q2) • Full salary + bonus + benefits begin immediately after successful funding This role is ideal for candidates who are energized by early-stage building and want meaningful ownership and impact. Qualifications: Elite long-standing relationships with decision-makers ranging from CMOs to Sports Sponsorship Directors, Marketing Directors to Brand Mangers. • A passion for technology and sports • 15+ years experience in sales, lead generation, and marketing teams • Mastery of negotiations • An operator's understanding of the sales funnel data and management • Business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting industry background preferred.
