We are seeking a Squad Manager, Data Science to oversee a group of Data Scientists, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from research to production deployment. You will solve real-world problems and have a direct impact on innovating Augury’s core technology and on its products. You will be at the forefront of technology using advanced machine learning approaches and infrastructure and the latest big-data technologies with a unique data set. You will combine deep technical expertise with leadership, guiding the development of cutting-edge ML/DL models while ensuring alignment with business goals. This is both a leading and hands-on role. You will lead and develop a data science team. What You’ll Do Lead, and develop a team of Data Scientists Drive innovation by researching, prototyping, and deploying advanced ML/DL/RL models into production. Ensure scalable, production-ready AI solutions by overseeing the full model lifecycle, data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Establish best practices for Data Science in a SaaS environment, including experimentation frameworks and model governance. Collaborate with Product, IoT, and Software Engineering teams to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions. What You Bring BSc/M.Sc./Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics or relevant engineering discipline. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, delivering models into production. 2+ years of proven leadership managing Data Science teams, ideally in a SaaS or technology company. Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning; time series modelling or RNN. Strong expertise in GenAI technologies - models, infra, productization, etc is a plus.
