Job Description Summary Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible for the analysis and the financial ratios that will reveal the rate of return the business is earning on the retained earnings and assets. • Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility. • Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field. • Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Required Qualifications • Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting or Finance • At least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)). The salary range for this position is 138,000.00 - 172,500.00 - 207,000.00 USD Annual USD Annual. Annual The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive performance bonus of 20%. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
