Sr. Graphic Designer

MasterWorks is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication principles and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs. He/she will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality visual content across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content, including but not limited to: Presentations: Slides, infographics, charts Digital: Websites, landing pages, social media graphics, email campaigns, online advertisements Motion Graphics: Short animations, video editing (basic) Collaborate with Consulting, Presales, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. Conduct thorough research and gather inspiration to ensure designs are current, relevant, and on-brand. Maintain brand consistency across all Presales materials. Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices. Contribute to the overall creative direction of the MasterWorks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. 10+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and a diverse range of creative skills. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus. Originally posted on Himalayas
