Sr. GTM Strategy & Operations Manager

About the position In this role, you will be a highly visible and independent thought leader and operator playing a key role in scaling the Sales Strategy & Ops team. You will work on topics that range from transformational sales strategy to the nuts and bolts of sales operations. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to set sales strategy, supporting them with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and insights along the way. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, GTM Strategy & Operations. Responsibilities • Lead quantitative projects end-to-end, ensuring cross-team collaboration • Define and drive cross-functional strategic projects focused on improving our go-to-market (GTM) engine • Conduct research and analysis on revenue, customer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to support decision-making • Bring thought leadership and strategic thinking to projects ranging from go-to-market design to internal operations • Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes, productivity drivers, infrastructure and segment performance • Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences • Use analytics and data intuition to deliver insights on actions that influence net retention rates • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in data analytics and Sales • Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives • Operate with a high degree of autonomy • Assist with ad hoc requests and projects from the sales organization • Conceive and deliver new and novel ways of achieving business results, enhancing organizational and team performance, results and productivity • Help business leaders meet their revenue, market share and other targets and KPIs in the fastest, most effective and efficient manner Requirements • BS/BA degree or equivalent in work experience • 12+ years of experience in a Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking role or equivalent • Experience with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint and Excel • Experience with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau • Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Nice-to-haves • Sales Strategy Operations experience working closely with Sales Leadership • Ability to interact with and influence all levels from ICs to executives • Prior exposure to high-growth work environments, and a strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles are all highly desirable • Excellent at articulating vision and executing projects • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment • High degree of intellectual curiosity and self confidence • Well-developed ability to bring structured thinking into highly ambiguous and open-ended problem situations, then drive to consensus Benefits • Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on region • Paid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placement • Full Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employment • Retirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributions • Learning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursements • Compassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing events Apply tot his job
