Sr. Instructional Design Consultant (remote)
Our Learning Solutions Team is looking for creative and experienced Sr. Instructional Design professionals. They should be able to manage the learning initiatives and be able to design with brand new, often half-baked, often poorly-conceived, propriety tools, platforms, and processes that are not industry standard or necessarily yet invented yet Key Essential Responsibilities of the consultant will be to lead and develop: • Training needs analysis • Business- and learning-goal mapping • Learning path creation • Training solution recommendations • Re-visioning of existing training and events Success Criteria: Highly client-interactive instructional design consultant who thrives in ambiguity and is able to lead and develop training consultation, independently navigate large client stakeholder groups, and guide clients to recommended solutions with independence and speed. Previous success with Microsoft projects highly preferred. Previous experience with marketing content and soft skills development highly preferred.
