In this role, you will: Drives Operational Excellence through ownership and accountability of the mobility and MAC platforms. Provides Customer Support and drives escalation upon necessity. Drives growth of functional and technical expertise and acumen. Maintains functional and technical structure of the platforms while looking for opportunities to continuously improve. Responsibilities • Drives Operational Excellence through ownership and accountability of the mobility and MAC platforms. • Provides Customer Support and drives escalation upon necessity. • Drives growth of functional and technical expertise and acumen. • Maintains functional and technical structure of the platforms while looking for opportunities to continuously improve. Requirements • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory. • College Bachelor Degree. • 5+ years' experience in delivering the analysis, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support for the mobility platform. • 7+ years' experience providing Customer Support and drives escalation upon necessity - customer support and user technical support to senior managers and executive team members. • Experience in driving Operational Excellence through ownership and accountability of the mobility and MAC platforms (Apple IOS experience). Nice-to-haves • Experience with Application: Intune and JAMF experience. • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones. • Has a comprehensive knowledge of the technical specialism, the technology involved, current developments, the most commonly available products, and the application of the specialism within a technical or business environment. • Has a broad knowledge of IT and an excellent understanding of how the technical specialism relates to other areas of IT and how it impacts on other business functions. • Displays good inter-personal skills, demonstrating the ability to relate to customers in their own language. • Has project and/or change management experience on technology-based projects. • Able to perform a broad range of work, sometimes complex and non-routine independently. • Understanding of technical change management and incident management process(es).
