Sr. Manager, Brand Engagement - Shelters
About the position Responsibilities • Lead a team responsible for strategy designed to grow and enhance the commercial shelter program. • Oversee implementation of tactical plans to ensure attainment of KPIs and financial objectives. • Build and strengthen relationships with key leaders and staff members at strategic shelters and animal welfare organizations. • Oversee key education/training programs targeted to animal welfare and veterinary healthcare team members. • Develop Shelter GTM including shelter tiering classification, coverage, and investment. • Responsible for setting and delivering shelter KPIs and governing compliance to partnership agreements. • Serve as external spokesperson for conferences, media interviews, webinars, etc. • Lead comprehensive strategy for the New Pet Parent Program in coordination with Brand, PVA, and CDO teams. • Implement and manage strategic programs within the shelter channel. • Lead the Hill's Disaster Relief Network, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Oversee implementation of key marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Serve as key stakeholder in the development and execution of shelter marketing materials. • Identify and maximize new retail opportunities within existing shelter partners. • Lead conferences and animal welfare events strategy.
