In this critical role you will focus on harnessing and optimizing the technology stack -with a strong focus on Salesforce, CPQ, and marketing automation platforms- to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. As a hands-on leader and trusted partner, you'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Sales and Marketing technology solutions deliver real business value. You'll champion adoption, streamline processes, and turn data into actionable insights that empower teams to perform at their best. Job Responsibilities • Lead and enhance the Sales & Marketing tech stack-including Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms-ensuring systems are optimized to support business goals. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and global IT teams to translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions that improve productivity, accuracy, and customer engagement. • Lead the enhancement and ongoing optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and marketing technologies to support pipeline development, quoting accuracy, and customer engagement. • Lead the adoption and optimization of marketing technology platforms to strengthen lead generation, campaign performance, and conversion tracking. • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, governance, and seamless system integration across global and regional operations. • Stay ahead of emerging trends in Salesforce, CPQ, and marketing technology, evaluating new tools and opportunities to accelerate growth. • Design and deliver impactful training and enablement programs to help teams maximize the value of each platform. • Drive change management and communication strategies that encourage adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology management, operations or business enablement roles supporting Sales and Marketing functions. • Proven track record managing and optimizing the tech stack for revenue-generating teams (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms). • Proven expertise in Salesforce platform management and optimization (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrations). • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot. • Salesforce certification(s) required (e.g. Administrator, Advanced Administrator; CPQ Specialist, and/or relevant platform certifications) • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across regional and global teams. • Demonstrated success in driving process optimization, technology adoption, and measurable business growth. • Analytical and strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Work Environment This is a remote position based in the United States. Work is primarily performed using standard office equipment such as a computer, telephone, printer/copier, etc. Vision and manual dexterity are required for extended use of keyboard and screen. Frequent communication is required for collaboration and reporting. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or training.
