Sr. Marketing Professional

The Sr. Marketing Professional is responsible for enhancing and executing marketing initiatives to promote ManpowerGroup and its associated brands. This individual will execute based off the strategic direction driven by marketing and brand leadership. Tasks will include asset creation direction and management, planning for marketing channels, delivery of internal and external communications, and development of campaign management. As a member of the ManpowerGroup North American Marketing team, this individual will be required to work closely with other marketing professionals, field stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable demand and sales growth. Making an Impact • Design integrated communication and marketing activities with Brand Marketing Leadership. • Produce a wide range of marketing communications. • Produce and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Develop and maintain collateral, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing. • Execute a wide variety of details that involve campaign strategy, implementation, and tracking across multiple channels. • Maintain open communication lines with all organization, providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information • Write and maintain content for various channels as needed. • Utilize project management systems for documenting and tracking activities. • Work with clients and candidates in developing case studies, references, and testimonials. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals. • Execute and analyze results of marketing campaigns, using performance data to optimize future efforts. Your Typical Day and Other Key Details • HQ/Remote Hybrid • Working with brand marketing on executing strategy • Collaborate on teams and using the marketing tech stack Other accountabilities as assigned. Required • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent • Minimum of 3 years progressive marketing experience • Detailed knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, strategic planning, integrated marketing, and creative development • Ability to coordinate and execute high-impact marketing strategies. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite We are open to both local and out of state candidates for this position. If local (within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI) this position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District and historic downtown architecture ManpowerGroup is proud to support a flexible working environment. Employees may work virtual some of the time depending on role (1-2 days per week).
