Collins Aerospace Human Resources is seeking a visionary Sr Manager of Enterprise Change (individual contributor) to support high-impact initiatives that are reshaping the way we work. In this influential, business-facing role, you'll partner with the Enterprise Change Lead to support senior executives, advise top leaders, and empower teams to navigate complex organizational change. From helping develop the change management strategy through assisting change management activation, you'll be at the forefront of innovation and enterprise-wide progress. Responsibilities • Serve as a strategic partner to the Enterprise Change lead, overseeing enterprise change initiatives from the Collins Talent COE in HR. • Act as a change consultant and advisor to business units, providing thought leadership, strategic input, and direction to enable effective execution. • Drive cross-functional efforts in complex change domains, such as digital transformation, operating model redesign, and organizational restructuring. • Manage external vendors and consulting partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and accountability for outcomes. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess change readiness, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. • Translate strategic priorities into actionable change roadmaps and measurable outcomes. • In partnership with the Enterprise Change Lead, oversee execution of the change management plan and ensure adherence to project management timelines, identifying change activation risks and proposing mitigations. • Promote and reinforce a culture of agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement across the enterprise. Requirements • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience. • Prior experience in enterprise change management, consulting, or transformation roles. • Demonstrated experience driving large-scale change across complex organizations with complex product/service offerings. Nice-to-haves • Prior experience in a matrixed and global organization. • HR consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise executive-level stakeholders. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence. • Business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
