Sr. Product Associate
About the position We are looking for a versatile, execution-oriented Product Manager to help build and evolve Ethic’s core platform, client-facing experiences, and internal tools. This role is ideal for a strong generalist PM who enjoys working across multiple product areas, partnering closely with design and engineering, and shipping high-quality features in a fast-paced fintech environment. While some initiatives will support values-aligned investment capabilities, this is not a niche or single-focus role. You will work across a range of product initiatives, contributing to platform scalability, reporting, and overall client experience. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end delivery of product features and initiatives, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration. • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to execute against the roadmap, balancing scope, timelines, and technical trade-offs. • Gather and synthesize user feedback, stakeholder input, and product data to inform prioritization and feature decisions. • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement. • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Client Success, Growth, Operations, and Legal to capture requirements and align on priorities. • Communicate progress clearly, surface risks early, and keep teams aligned throughout the development lifecycle. • Contribute to the evolution of Ethic’s client-facing platform and internal tooling. • Support product initiatives related to reporting, data presentation, and overall usability of the platform. • Help ensure features meet high standards for clarity, accuracy, and user experience. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Work closely with Design on user flows and UX decisions, and with Engineering to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Requirements • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering features against a roadmap. • Experience working on B2C or user-facing products, ideally in a fintech or technology-driven environment. • Familiarity with investment or financial products and the core functionality of financial platforms. • Strong ability to define user flows and collaborate on UX, even if you are not a designer. • Experience working with data-driven products, reporting features, or analytics-driven decision-making. • Ability to learn new domains quickly and operate across multiple problem spaces Benefits • Medical, dental & vision insurance – premiums 100% covered by Ethic • 401k with sustainable investment options and an employer match up to 3.5% • Unlimited paid time off • 16-weeks of paid parental leave • An annual wellness & education stipend • Sponsored employee resource groups • Regular lunch & learns and volunteering opportunities • A fully-stocked office in lower Manhattan + the flexibility to regularly work remotely Apply tot his job
