Sr. Quantitative Finance Analyst - AML Model Validation

Conduct thorough and timely validation of AML models to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank of America's standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive testing plans and procedures for AML models. Utilize advanced quantitative and statistical techniques to analyze model performance and identify potential areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices related to AML and model validation. Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Identify and escalate any potential issues or risks related to AML models, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with various business units and stakeholders to facilitate effective model validation processes.
