The ideal candidates are Certified real estate appraisers who demonstrate initiative, take action, and maintain ownership of high-level results. As such, candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of these markets and have appraisal expertise in these markets * This position requires the candidate to be a CERTIFIED real estate appraiser in NY. Only Certified Residential or Certified General appraisers will be considered. No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
