Role and Responsibilities: As a Store Team Member, you are essential to the overall customer experience, from completing transactions to monitoring inventory and store safety. • Operate the cash register to process all sales transactions accurately. • Maintain the integrity of all cash holdings and protect the entirety of corporate resources. • Provide exceptional customer support. • Cultivate a pleasant and amicable disposition when engaging with customers, colleagues, and managers. • Assist in handling incoming goods and unloading trucks. • Engage in work responsibilities cautiously, honoring and complying with all established policies and procedures. Required Skills and Experience: • Competency in basic mathematics plays a vital role in ensuring accurate cash accounting practices are maintained. • Enhancing verbal communication aptitude for productive customer interactions. • Exemplifying a strict adherence to moral principles and honesty, particularly when entrusted with cash management.
