As a member of this team, you will work closely with customers, sales executives, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that meet customer business outcomes and goals. Our team values diverse experiences, creativity, and strategic thinking, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Strategic Customer Engagements professional focused on the Private Equity Industry, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal cycle for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading negotiations and customer closure for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals * Developing and shaping the overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcomes and goals * Partnering with Sales and PE BD to manage Success Criteria and KPIs of the PE Program * Contributing to developing blithequark's value proposition and solutions * Driving revenue growth and cloud adoption * Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including regional sales teams, and related regional and global stakeholders (Service Teams, Finance, Legal, etc.) * Acting as a trusted advisor in the development of the commercial strategy of deals with blithequark Field Sales Executives * Inspiring, influencing, and facilitating alignment with internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources not under direct control, to remove obstacles and achieve desired business outcomes * Developing strategies for pricing and discounts; effectively communicating and identifying deal blockers * Leading or supporting the presentation of deal proposals to customers * Taking a leadership role in developing the winning strategy, coaching the field team, and managing the SCE deal team for key deals and escalations * Acting as a trusted advisor to regional leadership to support blithequark's strategy within the PE Vertical **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science * A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and cloud adoption * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Experience working with private equity firms and understanding of their business needs and challenges **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms * Knowledge of the Private Equity Industry and its business needs and challenges * Proven track record of developing and executing successful deal strategies * Experience working with sales teams and developing sales strategies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong business acumen and understanding of the Private Equity Industry * Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms * Strong presentation and public speaking skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees develop their careers and achieve their full potential.
