Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within targeted enterprise companies. Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients and effectively communicate how Atlassian's products can address those needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to develop strategies for acquiring and retaining enterprise clients. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and trends in the enterprise market. Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of Atlassian's products. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to better position Atlassian's products in the market. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress to management. Continuously build and expand knowledge of Atlassian's products and services. Represent Atlassian in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new enterprise clients. Act as a brand ambassador for Atlassian, promoting our company values and culture to potential clients.
