What you’ll do: • Market Research and Planning • Reporting and Strategy Refinement • Collaboration with Internal Teams • Professional Development and Networking • Database and Record Keeping • Candidate Sourcing • Candidate Screening and Engagement • Interview Coordination • Candidate Management and Onboarding What you’ll need to succeed: • Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the IT or government contracting sectors. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; OR equivalent experience • Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, and placing highly cleared candidates for federal contracts. • Familiarity with labor laws and government contracting regulations, including OFCCP compliance. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also being a collaborative team player. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to travel up 20-25% of the year. SALARY RANGE: $69,000 - $119,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
