Position Summary: The Strategy Business Partner (SBP) is a key member of the technology leadership team, responsible for shaping and driving the company’s long-term strategic vision. This role leads enterprise-wide strategic planning, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures alignment between corporate goals and operational execution. The SBP partners closely with business unit leaders, finance, product, and operations to translate strategy into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable impact. This role will ensure cross-functional alignment between the business needs and the type of work (technology, people, process) needed to achieve them. This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy Execution. What you will do: • Lead the development, communication, and execution of the company’s strategic plans for defined business areas, translating goals into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes. • Define and prioritize strategy roadmaps and portfolios based on business outcomes, resource capacity, budget constraints, and enterprise priorities. • Oversee enterprise-wide implementation initiatives, considering cross-functional alignment and leveraging capabilities for comprehensive execution. • Identify project work based on resource skills, capacity, budget constraints,and business value. • Actively manage expectations with stakeholders when they receive business outcomes and value from each strategy. • Drive strategy KPIs to monitor performance and outcomes of the solutions related to the strategy. • Manage financial planning, budgeting,and capital allocation for strategic initiatives, including monthly executive updates on progress, risks, and financial variances. • Communicate monthly to the executive team, updates to the strategy, including activity completed, where are we heading, what are the roadblocks, risks and path to move forward, financial explanation on variances from budget, forecast and actuals. • Drive executive-level reporting, board presentations, and strategic communications. • Manage vendor relationships, including MSA and SOWs that pertain to the execution of the strategy. • Lead day-to-day strategy execution across business and technology teams, ensuring accountability for milestones, budgets, risk management, and decision documentation. • Support agile transformation through value stream mapping and collaboration with PMO, Product, and Operations teamson strategy execution. • Align with PMO and strategy peers to standardize processes and continuously improve efficiency and scalability. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, Strategy or related field (MBA strongly preferred). • 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy or strategic operations.15 years preferred. • Strong background in enterprise systems and execution of delivery methods. • Demonstrated success in driving solutions to scale operations, managing cross-functional teams,and delivering complex programs. • Excellent executive communication, leadership,and operational skills. • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes. • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in high-growth or transformation environments preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills. • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes. • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality,results-driven, team-oriented environment. • Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality. • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 10%); will include some overnight travel. • Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams) Physical Demands: Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: • Sitting, standing,and walking (95-100%) • Keyboarding (90-100%) • Viewing computer monitor, tablet, and cell phone requiring close vision (95-100%) Work Environment: 100% Remote: Work environment is primarily indoors at home, customer or vendor site, or other business meeting venue, exposure to all types of weather and temperature conditions during travel, and exposure to hazardous driving and traffic conditions. Travel (up to 5%) may include overnight and out-of-state travel. Compensation: $180,000 to $190,000 plus 10% determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs.
