Strategy & Operations Associate

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the business. The role involves understanding customer contact drivers, supporting operational initiatives, leveraging data for reporting, and collaborating with various teams to manage multiple projects. Responsibilities Understand customer contact drivers and assist in efforts to improve the end-to-end customer experience Support cross-functional operational initiatives by assisting with strategy, analysis and execution of key projects Leverage data and build reporting to help identify operational issues and contribute to solution development Collaborate closely with the Payments, Fraud, Finance, Product, Online Sportsbook, Commercial, Marketing, Trading, VIP, Engineering, and iCasino functions Effectively manage multiple projects with clear and consistent communication Skills 1 - 2 years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a related function Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills, which includes creating and presenting polished, insight-driven presentations to internal stakeholders Collaborative and empathetic team player who works well across functions Curious mindset with a willingness to learn quickly and take feedback Interest in working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment where decisions are made quickly Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Sigma or similar Willingness to travel occasionally for events or team meetings at Fanatics offices Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401K Paid time off Wellhub Pet Insurance Family Care Benefits Free Shipt deliveries Company Overview Fanatics is a sports merchandise retailer that manufactures fan gear and jerseys across retail channels.
