For 26 years, we have provided on-site instructional services within the hospital setting, helping students to continue their academic progress during treatment and successfully reenter the classroom. ABOUT THE TEAM LearnWell has a student services team that is small but mighty. As our company continues to grow, our student services team works collectively to ensure that all of our students have accurate documentation while ensuring compliance and security. ABOUT THE ROLE LearnWell is looking for an organized and metric-driven Student Education Liaison to ensure that all paperwork is entered and completely thoroughly for each of our students within our CRM. The role will entail data entry and data management tasks as well as communication and coordination with school district personnel. The ideal candidate for this role will maintain an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and execution. Responsibilities include: • Data entry and data management of all student information within our CRM platform. • Diligent review of required student documents within our CRM and collection of any missing information. • Communication to school district personnel regarding approval for students academic services, and collection of students schoolwork. Modes of communication would include phone, email, and/or fax. • Support to operational and teaching staff regarding information within our CRM and/or needed report generation Position entails a 40 hour a week commitment, 8:00am-4:30pm- Monday through Friday. Starting salary is $22-25/hour. This position follows our traditional school year calendar so it's a 10 month role. Qualified individual must located in Oahu and be capable of answering questions, resolving problems, and follow-up assistance to the local school district. Must be accessible to telephone calls for requests and feedback that need immediate attention from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time - Monday through Friday excluding holidays. • Bachelors degree required. Business or Communication majors preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required • Proven professionalism with communication, both written and verbal • Must perform well under pressure, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks at the same time with strong attention to detail Apply tot his job
